On Learned Helplessness

No matter what our circumstances are, no one has a perfect life. There might be a time in our life where our professional career is successful, but we suffer from intense issues regarding our personal relationships. Similarly, there are those who have solid friendships and relationships, but manage to struggle financially. However, no matter what the obstacles are, many of us understand that if we keep dedicating our time, energy, and focus to resolving these issues, we have a chance of changing the way that things are.
